What happens if a card is out of stock?

Occasionally a card you've ordered isn't on the shelf. Here's how we handle it.

We hold tens of thousands of cards ready to ship, but with live pricing and constant pulls, a card can occasionally be out of stock at the moment we pack your order. Here's what happens.

First, we try to source it

When an order includes a card we don't have on hand, the order stays In Progress while we order the card from our suppliers. This is the most common outcome – it just means your package takes a little longer. You don't need to do anything.

If we can't get the card

If a card can't be sourced in a reasonable time, we take it out of the order and return it to your Backpack at its original value – the same Coin value it had when you pulled it. From there you can sell it back for the full amount or try shipping it again later. The rest of your order ships as normal, and we'll message you to let you know.

For Market purchases that can't be fulfilled, the card's price is credited back to your Coin balance.

If it's the only card in the order, the order is marked Refunded, and your free-shipping tokens and shipping fee are returned to you.

Will I get a different card instead?

We don't swap cards without asking. In line with our Terms, we may offer an equivalent card or Coins at the card's reveal-time value – but you'll always hear from us first.

Why can I pull a card that's out of stock?

Pack and Single Pull contents are built from the live card catalogue, not from our shelf count, so that odds and prices stay tied to the real market. Stock is reserved when you place a shipping order, which is why the occasional gap shows up at that stage rather than when you open.
