Every card we ship meets our Near Mint standard, and every card is sleeved and top-loaded before it goes in the box.
What Near Mint means here
Near Mint is a card with minimal handling or play wear. To keep grading consistent we use a points system: each imperfection is scored by severity, and a Near Mint card can carry up to 3 points in total.

Allowed (within the 3-point budget): slight edgewear, minor scratches, slight scuffing, slight indentations, slight defects.
Never allowed on a Near Mint card: surface wear, grime, bends, faults or damage.
In practice we always send you the best copy we have in stock, and we try to source cards with as few points as possible. The full Condition Guide on the site has photos of each type of imperfection.
Sealed products
If you pull a sealed item (a booster, box or tin), we check that the factory packaging is intact and hasn't been tampered with before it ships.
How we pack
Every card is placed in a sleeve and a rigid top-loader.
Cards are packed so they can't slide or bend in transit.
International packages carry a customs form listing the contents as trading cards.
Received a card that doesn't meet the standard?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the card (front and back) and the packaging. We'll review it and arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
