We ship anywhere in the USA, and internationally to Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia and 180+ countries worldwide.
Checking your country
The full, current list of destinations is in the Shipping link in the site footer ("Currently available shipping destinations"). We review the list regularly as regulations change.
Countries we can't ship to right now
Ireland – due to local customs regulations we're currently unable to ship to Ireland, and the checkout will not accept an Irish address. If you're in Ireland you can still use Packs.com, but please make sure you have an alternative delivery address outside Ireland before depositing, as deposits are non-refundable.
A small number of countries aren't available because of shipping or sanctions restrictions. If your country isn't in the list, we can't ship there yet.
International shipping: what to expect
The shipping fee is $29.72 per order, or free with 4 free-shipping tokens.
Typical delivery is 4–8 weeks from the order date.
Packages are declared as merchandise – "Trading Cards" on the customs form, with the value of the cards inside.
Customs duties, import VAT and handling fees are your responsibility. They're charged by your country, not by us, and vary by destination. Your carrier or postal service will usually contact you to collect them before delivery.
If a package is refused or duties aren't paid, it's returned to us. Contact support if this happens and we'll work out the next step.
When you make your first deposit from outside the US, we'll ask you to acknowledge these points.
US territories and military addresses
Enter these as United States addresses with the correct state/territory code and ZIP. If the form won't accept your address, message support before ordering and we'll check whether we can ship there.
