"Withdrawing" on Packs.com means having your physical cards shipped to you. Here's the whole process.
Before you start
Your email must be verified.
You need a delivery address with your first and last name (you can add one during checkout).
Each card in the order must be worth at least $5, and an order can hold up to 50 cards.
Step 1 – Build your Withdraw List
Go to Profile → Backpack.
Click Keep on each card you want shipped. It moves to the Withdraw List tab, where it's protected from being sold.
Changed your mind? The Backpack button on the card takes it off the list.
Step 2 – Place the order
Open the Withdraw List tab and click Withdraw (the button shows how many cards are in the order).
Choose a delivery address, or click Add New Address to enter one. Check the contact email – order updates go there.
Review the shipping cost. Any free-shipping tokens you have are applied automatically (1 token covers a US order, 4 cover an international one).
Pay the remaining shipping fee, if any:
If you've deposited before, it's taken from your Coin balance.
If you've never deposited (for example, you're shipping Welcome Pack cards), you'll be taken to a secure card checkout – "the cards are yours, just pay shipping."
Confirm. You'll see Order Success and receive an order confirmation email.
Step 3 – Track it
Go to Profile → Orders. Your order moves through Reviewing → Preparing Order → Shipped → Delivered, and you'll get an email with the tracking number as soon as it ships.
Paid by card and it says "Awaiting Payment"?
That means the card payment hasn't been confirmed yet. Give it a few minutes; if it's still there, click Complete Payment to reopen the checkout. If the checkout expires without payment, the order is cancelled automatically and your cards return to your Backpack.
Managing addresses
Addresses are managed in the address step of the checkout: you can save several (label them "Home", "Work", etc.), and edit or delete them there. An address can't be changed on an order once it's placed, so double-check it before confirming.
