If a Sell or Withdraw button is greyed out or you're seeing an error, it's almost always one of the reasons below.
"To sell or withdraw cards in your account, you'll first need to make a deposit."
Selling requires at least one deposit on your account. Make any deposit (the minimum is $10) and selling unlocks immediately. If you'd rather not deposit, click Order Instead – you can still have the cards shipped by paying the shipping fee by card.
"Items on your withdraw list cannot be sold."
Cards on the Withdraw List are deliberately protected from selling. Open the Withdraw List tab, click the Backpack button on the card to move it back, then sell it from the Backpack tab.
"One or more cards have volatile pricing and cannot be ordered right now."
When a card's market price spikes or drops sharply without confirmation, we flag it as volatile and pause shipping for it until the price settles – usually within a day or two as prices refresh. You can:
keep it in your Backpack and try again later,
sell it back in the meantime (selling is still allowed), or
remove it from the order and ship the rest.
"You cannot withdraw items worth less than $5."
Each card in a shipping order needs a value of at least $5. Lower-value cards can still be sold back for Coins.
"Withdraw limit reached"
A single order can hold a maximum of 50 cards because of package sizes. Place the order for these 50, then start a new Withdraw List for the rest.
"Please verify your email" or "Please update your address with first and last name"
Shipping requires a verified email and a delivery address that includes your first and last name. Verify your email from the prompt (or Profile → Account to check the address is right), and add or edit the delivery address in the address step of the checkout, then try again.
Still stuck?
Send us a screenshot of the error and the name of the card, and we'll take a look.
