Promo codes give you free Coins. We post them on our social channels and share them with creators, so keep an eye out.
How to redeem a code
Log in.
Open the site menu and click Promo Code ("Redeem a promo code").
Type the code and click Claim.
You'll see "You have received X Coins!" and your balance updates right away.
You can also open a code directly with a link in the form packs.com/promo/YOURCODE – the redeem window opens with the code already filled in.
Codes aren't case-sensitive, so "PACKS10", "packs10" and "Packs-10" all work.
The rules
One claim per person. Each code can be used once per account – and once per IP address, so two accounts on the same connection can't both claim it.
Codes have a limited number of claims. When they've all been used, the code shows as "Promo code expired" – even if the promotion was only posted a few minutes ago. Be quick!
Some codes require a recent deposit. If you see "You must have deposited at least $X in the last Y days to claim this code", make a qualifying deposit first and then claim.
Promo Coins behave like any other Coins: spend them on packs, Single Pulls or the Market. They can't be cashed out.
My code isn't working
Check for typos and make sure you're logged in to the right account.
"Promo code expired" means all claims are gone – sorry! Follow us to catch the next one.
If you're sure the code is valid and still can't claim it, send us the code and a screenshot of the error.
