Free-shipping tokens knock the shipping fee off a withdrawal order. They're the easiest way to get your cards shipped for free.
How to earn tokens
You get 1 token for every $100 deposited in a single transaction:
Single deposit | Tokens earned |
$50 | 0 |
$100 | 1 |
$250 | 2 |
$500 | 5 |
Two separate $50 deposits don't add up – the $100 has to be in one transaction. Card and crypto deposits both count.
Tokens never expire, and you can see how many you have on Profile → Account under Shipping Tokens.
How to use them
Tokens are applied automatically when you place a withdrawal order:
A US order needs 1 token to ship free.
An international order needs 4 tokens to ship free.
If you have fewer tokens than the order needs, the remaining part of the shipping fee is charged as normal – for example, 2 tokens on an international order covers half the fee. The checkout shows exactly how many tokens will be used and what (if anything) is left to pay.
Getting tokens back
If you cancel an order while it's still in the Reviewing stage, any tokens it used are returned to you along with your cards.
