Most deposits land within seconds (card) or under an hour (crypto). If yours is missing, run through this list first.
First, check Transactions
Go to Profile → Transactions. Every deposit we've received shows there with a status:
Pending – we've seen the payment and are waiting for it to finish (normal for crypto while it confirms).
Completed – the Coins are on your balance. Refresh the page if your balance looks old.
If the deposit isn't listed at all, the payment never reached us – see the checks below.
Card deposits
Did the Stripe checkout window close before you finished? The session simply expires and nothing is charged. Start a new deposit.
Was the payment declined? Your bank may block gaming or overseas purchases. Try another card or contact your bank; the checkout will tell you if the card was declined.
Charged but no Coins after 10 minutes? Send us the date, amount and the last 4 digits of the card so we can match the payment.
Crypto deposits
Still confirming. Check the transaction on a block explorer. Bitcoin needs 1 confirmation; Ethereum, BNB and Tron-based transfers need more, so busy networks can take a while.
Below the minimum. Payments under roughly $10 can't be credited.
Wrong coin or network. If you sent a coin we don't list, or the right coin on a different network than you selected, the funds can't be recovered – please double-check before sending.
Sent to an old address? Your address is personal and reusable, so that's fine – it will still credit.
What to send support
If it's been more than an hour, message us on live chat or at [email protected] with:
the amount and time of the deposit,
for cards: the last 4 digits of the card (never send the full number),
for crypto: the transaction hash (TXID) and the coin/network used.
We'll track it down and credit your account.
