The fastest way to get Coins is a card deposit. It takes about a minute and your Coins are credited as soon as the payment goes through.

Free-shipping token: every $100 deposited in a single transaction earns you one shipping token (so a $250 deposit earns two). Tokens cover the shipping cost when you withdraw cards.
