How Coins work

Coins are the currency you use on Packs.com. 1 Coin = $1 USD, no hidden fees, and they can't be cashed out.

Everything on Packs.com – packs, Single Pulls, Market cards and shipping – is paid for in Coins.

The basics

  • 1 Coin = $1 USD. Deposit $100 and you get 100 Coins.

  • No hidden fees. The amount of Coins you see is the amount you get; we never add fees to deposits or sell-backs.

  • Coins don't expire while your account is active.

  • Your balance is always shown at the top of the site, next to the Add Funds button.

Can I withdraw Coins or convert them back to cash?

No. Once you deposit, your Coins are used to buy packs and cards on Packs.com. There are no cash withdrawals, and Coins can't be transferred to another account. For that reason, only deposit the amount you're comfortable spending.

What you can always withdraw are the cards you pulled with those Coins – add them to your Withdraw List and we'll ship them to you.

Where do Coins come from?

  • Deposits by card or crypto.

  • Selling cards back from your Backpack – you receive the card's full Coin value instantly.

  • Promo codes and referral bonuses.

  • Affiliate earnings claimed from your Referrals page.

Are deposits refundable?

All purchases on Packs.com are final. If you deposited by mistake and haven't spent the Coins, contact support at [email protected] within 30 days and we'll review it – refunds of unused Coins are at our discretion and go back to the original payment method. See Refund policy in plain English for the full picture.

Tracking your Coins

Profile → Transactions lists every deposit, pack purchase, sell-back, promo code, shipping fee and affiliate payout, with its status (Completed or Pending). Click any row for the details and transaction ID.
