Creating an account takes about a minute, and you'll want to verify your email straight after – it's required to ship cards, buy on the Market and claim your free Welcome Pack.
Ways to sign up
Email and password – your password must be 8–32 characters.
Google – one click, and your email is verified automatically.
Steam – you'll be asked to add an email address afterwards so we can send you order updates.
Whichever option you pick, you must confirm that you are 18 years old or older.
Verifying your email
After signing up with an email and password, we send you a verification link.
Open the email from Packs.com and click the verification link.
The link is valid for 24 hours. If it expired, log in and click Resend in the verification prompt.
Didn't get it? Check your spam or promotions folder and make sure the address on your account is spelled correctly.
Until your email is verified you can still deposit and open packs, but you won't be able to withdraw (ship) cards, buy on the Market or claim your Welcome Pack.
Your display name and avatar
We give every new account a random display name (something like DangerousSnake123). You can change it any time from Profile → Account. Your avatar comes from your Google or Steam account, or is generated for you if you signed up with email.
One account per person
Please stick to one account per person. Duplicate accounts can be suspended. If you've lost access to your account, don't create a new one – contact support and we'll help you get back in.
